After an order is handed to the carrier, Signature Art’Teas isn’t responsible for delays due to the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping details, or other factors beyond our control. Customers must provide a complete, accurate shipping address; we aren’t liable for delays, loss, or misdelivery from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Refunds
